Projects & initiatives

Our environmental action portfolios.

From an O₂ Card agroforestry marketplace linking rural India to global green markets, to a plug-and-play framework that converts campuses into live sustainability laboratories.

Section 1

The O₂ Card Agroforestry & Carbon Marketplace

We link rural agricultural ecosystems with global green markets through a transparent four-stage standard operating framework.

B2C Footprint Offsetting

Retail consumers manage personal impacts using electronic carbon wallets to buy individual O₂ Cards.

B2B Corporate Aggregation

Assets bundled and audited under Verra, Gold Standard, and the Indian CCTS framework to meet corporate ESG metrics.

Stage 01

Nursery & Native Species Management

High-yielding, eco-resilient saplings cultivated in-house or via expert botanical partnerships (e.g. specialised regional mango production with S.C. Shukla in Lucknow) to maximise long-term survival metrics.

Stage 02

Contractual Distribution & Geo-Tagging

Free saplings distributed to smallholder farmers via binding O₂ rights MoUs. Field teams record baseline logs — GPS coordinates, planting dates, sapling age, and farmer indexes. Every tree links to a physical O₂ Card with a unique QR code.

Stage 03

Tiered Maintenance Packages

Normal plan: free saplings, farmer-maintained. Premium: structural protective cages. Diamond: extensive protective perimeter fencing plus integrated drip irrigation.

Stage 04

Advanced Tech Integration

Remote sensing AI, satellite imaging, and automated plot sampling protocols evaluate canopy health and independently audit biomass accretion over time.

Section 2

The Institutional Green Club & Campus Greening Initiative

Designed to help institutions hit UN SDGs 4, 11, 13, 15 and meet NEP 2020 requirements, our framework converts campuses into live sustainability laboratories. We partner with primary, secondary, and premier universities — including PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalayas and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas.

Global Certification

Green Campus Certifications co-issued by VGCF, CMAI, and CLA — benchmarking your campus against international green standards.

Enhanced Ratings

Improved verified green audit scores, directly boosting critical GRIHA and NAAC institutional ranking outcomes.

Revenue Sharing

VGCF shares 40% of all financial proceeds from verified carbon assets with the host Green Club; 60% covers registry, audit, and trading fees.

Structural theory of change
